At a glance
Asset Management practices and methodology have widely accepted as an indispensable tool in supporting water utility businesses worldwide. Combined with the exponential growth of digital technologies, processing power and storage capacity, it transforms traditional utility management towards innovative asset-centric business models.
Countries of Western Balkans show a growing interest in the application of AM techniques to their water industry businesses. More than 100 companies have been involved in the training programs at different levels over the past decade.

The IWA International SAM Forum aims to present new trends in the development of AM practices by international experts, as well as regional cooperation in the implementation of AM, with a specific focus on topics such as:
- Advanced AM solutions – What is next?
- Digital Technologies – Extending the borders of possible!
- Software solutions – Software as a service, big data and cloud computing.
- International standards for AM for water/ wastewater utilities.
- Regulation requirements, Stakeholders inclusion.
- SEEAM project, regional cooperation on AM

All 7 halls are placed on the first floor of the Holiday Inn building, and they are placed so that they can be combined the way you want them. We have rooms available for smaller meetings (for up to 10 participants), but we also have larger spaces that can accommodate up to 160 participants.

This is a cobblestone pedestrian zone with lots of traditional Serbian restaurants (ser. “Kafana”), but also there are a couple of art galleries, of which “Djura Jakšić House”, where Serbia`s famous painter and poet lived.
